We have had Milan of CHELSEA BUILD AND DESIGN LIMITED contractors renovating our London house during the first six months of 2018. The main area of work included the refurbishing of three bathrooms including the rebuilding of old internal walls. The most recent major project that Milan has done for me was the complete refurbishment of my main residence, a large period 5 bedroom property in Chiswick. Milan and his team worked at our house during November and December 2016 helping reconfigure the electrics/wirings in the basement and redecorating the whole room. They also then went on to overhaul all the sash windows in the house.
We couldn’t be more delighted with the work, it was done with such huge care and perfection, during winter months with the weather conspiring against them, they worked so hard to keep on schedule. Milan also helped throughout the house with many other building issues at which point we found his array of talents. Simply if there is a problem, Milan can find the solution! I cannot be more grateful to have someone to work with who is so genuine, gives good advice, is mindful of the environment he is working in, and trustworthy. We met Milan in 2016 and asked him to refurbished two bathrooms and the kitchen in our flat in London. We have been dealing with builders for 15 years and for the first time we were fully pleased with the job. I first met Milan when he refurbished my semi-basement and installed my kitchen 6 years ago. It still looks great so he was the first person I thought of when I was asked to find a builder to gut and refit a new kitchen in our office.
It was a fiddly job because the space was small and cramped. He knocked down an interior wall, moved the door and then had to reinforce the walls (the legacy of a previous botched job by another builder) before he could plaster the walls and fit the kitchen. The space looks amazing now and is finished to an extremely high standard. We are absolutely delighted.

Milan, as the head of CHELSEA BUILD AND DESIGN LIMITED has huge energy and seems to be at hand 7 days a week which I have found to be very rare in London.
After having a previous negligent builder work for me and when no-one else wanted to take my job on that was halfway finished, Milan agreed to take me on and help me. He worked at night, on weekends and during the week to help me correct my plumbing, building etc. He took the time to inform me of what to look out for. He wanted to teach me as he did things so I was more aware of the pitfalls that could befall someone in this environment, especially a woman. His work is fast and good. He always turns up on time. He saved the day when there was a flood at another property in the middle of the night over a weekend. I called him early on Sunday and he appeared within minutes.
Milan has a very comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of building. His suggestions to correct things are not the short cut version but the version that will actually correct the problem properly. I would recommend him and his team as a builder who does not take short cuts, who is reliable and who gives a v good quality of service.
