THE TEAM
Milan Novak is our Operation Manager with 25 years’ experience. Milan initially trained in Slovakia, has since worked in many European countries. Notably Greece for 5 years and London for the last 20 years.
Milan honed his skills in the opulent bathroom and kitchen market. An area of construction that requires virtually every trade and skill set of our industry. All conducted in a small space with incredibly demanding timescales and where a high standard of finish is needed. This aptitude for management led Milan into a more global approach moving onto running larger projects, extensions & full or partial refurbishments.
Milan works with our Clients to help them make decisions on live projects, leads our work teams and is responsible for the management of our projects on a daily basis.
Marcus Woods is our Quantity Surveyor with 27 years’ experience predominately in residential works & the conservation & refurbishment of historical buildings. His knowledge also extends to commercial work and infrastructure.

From high end Interior Designer & Architect led projects to extensions, refurbishment, landscaping & shop, restaurant & office refits there is little in the spectrum of schemes that Marcus has not worked upon.
​
Marcus leads our pricing and estimating department, valuations, & value engineering.
Marcus is also a Military Infrastructure Engineer; Military engineering is the oldest of the engineering skills and was the precursor of the profession of civil engineering.

Sarah Wolstenholme is a Chartered Architect and has over 19 years’ worth of experience working in the construction industry, including 11 years working as an Associate Architect at an award-winning Architects practice in Buckinghamshire.
Sarah oversees every project we work on and brings extensive knowledge of all types of design to provide a bespoke and tailor-made service.

Rupert Wolstenholme has over 15 years of project management and operations experience.
Along with managing the office, Rupert assists with the CAD drawings and managing our client’s projects on site.
